Students at Los Fresnos United and at Los Fresnos High School in Los Fresnos Texas have been fiercely preparing for their upcoming finals in their classes.
The students have diverse ways of preparing for finals such as studying, or doing more work to gain more practice. However, a good amount of students don’t tend to practice or study for their upcoming finals. These students can range from students that are confident in their capabilities to pass their finals, students who have decided to exempt from their finals due to having good attendance and a good average in the class, or those who simply do not want to study or practice.
Finals for seniors will begin next week, while the rest of LFHS/LFU will begin theirs the last week of school.
“I might study a bit,” Sophomore Vince Manzano said. “I can exempt some finals but for those I can’t I’ll just study for it.”
Sophomore Dylan Chavez is unsure of his plan to prepare.
“I might practice or study for the finals,” Chavez said. “They don’t seem too hard but some practice could be helpful”
