Many families and friends love to spend the holidays with some fun activities together but amid the Coronavirus pandemic, this year it may be quite different and people will find themselves spending it individually or even alone. There’s still no problem though! You can still have a jolly Christmas and spend the holidays with these great quarantine activities.

You’re going to spend a lot of time at home this holiday season so you might as well bake some delicious treats while you’re quarantined and socially distancing. Baking Christmas cookies and Christmas brownies are fun ideas to celebrate this year’s holiday season and there is so much festive food you can have fun making like building cute gingerbread houses.

Maybe you can’t get together with friends and family but that doesn’t mean you can’t see them. Hosting a zoom Christmas party is another way of celebrating the holiday so have some games ready and spend time with your family, even if it’s virtually.

There are many movies to choose from and watch to enjoy a little laughter and happiness so throwing on your favorite Christmas pj’s and watching a holiday movie can be the perfect way to spend the time between presents and dinner with your family. You can set a vibe this December and also make a holiday playlist to set the mood when building up the anticipation for the big day and even on Christmas morning.

Another fun quarantine activity is taking your family for a drive and driving around the neighborhood to look at the pretty Christmas lights your neighbors put up. To make this activity more exciting, you can even create a contest and vote on the most favorite decorative house.

Last but not least, check up on your local news and social media to see if there are any amazing outdoor social distanced events happening around you maybe can come across a holiday market or a light show and so much more. There’s still no need to be afraid of not having a Merry Christmas, you can think outside the box and still have a fun time to spend this holiday season. Stay safe, wear a mask, and have a jolly Christmas!
