Los Fresnos CISD elementary schools are ready for the seasonal festivities as they host annual Fall Festivals and Literacy Trunk-or-Treat. From October 24-30, most of the elementary schools in the district are ready to participate in the fall celebrations as they host fun and engaging activities for the children.
The fall activities range from watching a spooky classic Halloween movie to consuming delicious treats. You can participate and show your Halloween spirit by decorating your vehicles, donating books, and giving out candy. Rotary Interact was asked to assist some of the elementaries in preparation, so if possible, you can volunteer during the festivities. For one of the events hosted by Olmito Elementary, Rotary members can participate by “helping with sign-in as well as passing out goodie bags”, Jaden Rivas, Rotary’s vice-president, stated.
