Penn Badgley, starring as Joe Goldberg in a Netflix show named You, shows how he deals with his love obsessions. It shows how he thinks and the things he does to get his “love” to be his. He’ll make sure he gets what he wants.

In season one of You, Joe falls for a woman who he met at a bookstore. Joe does everything he can possibly do to get her by his side. He eventually started to do things that were strange. Slowly, Joe started to get worse with his actions. He started to take very personal items that belonged to the person he loves. Joe also has to manage close friends of his love. He has to make sure that they don’t get in the way of his intentions.

In season two, Joe ends up falling for another woman who he met at a grocery store. Joe does the same things he’s done with this previous love. This season, things took a turn for the worse. Joe didn’t expect things to get this complicated. Joe’s true intentions were discovered by his love, which was very eye opening. He never expected things to get out of hand. 

Season 3 is much more difficult than the past two seasons. It is also the most different one too. Joe ends up staying with someone that doesn’t seem to interest him anymore due to some extreme events. This season also gets very troublesome because he ends up falling for more women while he’s with another.

Currently, season four is being made following him all the way to Paris. Season 3 ended  in a very shocking way. He loses almost everything he had with his significant other. He is left with only one love and the will to keep finding his next love.
