A slice of this creamy, delicious caramel flan will have your guests wanting more.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can sweeten condensed milk (14 oz.)
I pack of cream cheese, softened (8oz.)
1 can evaporate milk (12 oz.)
3/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of water
In a pan cook sugar and water until melted into a golden brown. Quickly pour into an ungreased pan and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees celsius. In a bowl mix cream cheese until smooth consistency. Mix eggs one at a time to ensure they are mixed in properly.
Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl. Once done mixing pour the ingredients into a pan with the caramelized sugar. Bake for 50-60 minutes depending on your oven.
When done, put your dish on a cooling rack for an hour. Once done cooling, run a knife around the flan so it can release easier.
